BEFORE EXPORT
[ ] Save an untouched copy of the original.
[ ] Check focus, edges, texture, and small lettering at 100%.
[ ] Finish cropping before checking the final pixel dimensions.
[ ] Check the destination's current format and size guidance.

ETSY SIZE NOTE
Etsy recommends at least 2000 pixels in both dimensions. Its warning
about upload trouble above 1 MB is not a universal 1 MB acceptance cap.

[ ] Use an accepted input: JPG, PNG, or WebP.
[ ] Choose JPEG output for this workflow.
[ ] Leave Maximum width blank to preserve dimensions.
[ ] Leave Allow smaller dimensions if needed unchecked initially.
[ ] Set a deliberate KB target or choose quality manually.
[ ] Check both output dimensions and actual bytes.
[ ] If the target is unmet, do not shrink pixels automatically without
    checking the destination's pixel guidance.

BEFORE UPLOAD
[ ] Inspect the downloaded export at 100%, not only the small preview.
[ ] Verify product color, background, fine text, and texture.
[ ] Keep the original and the export as separate files.
[ ] Select the new export when uploading.
[ ] Check the platform's full image and thumbnail on phone and desktop.
[ ] Confirm upload completion.
